Medical Redistibution Program

Our mission is to help as many people as possible by redistributing medical equipment at no cost. Our volunteers educate patients on proper use of equipment, fix and repair minor defects with equipment. The equipment redistributed includes Hospital beds, wheelchairs, scooters, motorized wheelchairs, crutches, canes, walkers, commodes, lifts, adult diapers, shower seats, bed rails, rolling tables, transport chairs, CPAP machines and Oxygen concentrators.

TeleHealth

SHF’s telehealth program provides free consultation to patients who cannot afford care or are afraid to go to the hospital due to their immigration status. SHF has reached out to local churches, faith based organizations and community centers to spread the awareness of this program. The patients visit these organizations and medical providers see these patients with help of local volunteers. Our medical providers speak English, Spanish, Polish, Hindi and Urdu.

Help India Breathe

The explosion of Covid cases in India had overwhelmed its hospitals leaving many patients without access to critical lifesaving oxygen. Our foundation worked as a community with our Indian counterparts to provide oxygen concentrators for critical patients. With the generous support of our community we were able to send over 100 concentrators to Indian Army hospitals and NGO's.

Who We Are

Serve Humanity Foundation (SHF) is a non-government organization that aims to provide healthcare access to the underserved and underprivileged community. This organization is based on the principle “we rise by lifting others” and providing welfare to all who need it. Our organization continues to provide access to basic needs, medical access, and education to all.

Our Mission

With a drive of sharing whatever we have with those who need it the most, Serve Humanity Foundation is built upon Education & Livelihoods for All, Medical Equipment Redistribution Program, and Access to Medical Care for All.

For many across the world, healthcare is unaffordable and out of reach. By the means of Serve Humanity Foundation, we try to provide healthcare to communities across United States and South Asia. Our physicians volunteer their time anywhere from 4 to 20 hours every month. Our alliance partners in India schedule patient on our portal and these patients are seen by our physicians.

Previous Projects

Project India: Project India's goals is to create awareness about and help Sahasra Deepika, an organization in Bangalore, India that houses and educates 80 to 100 young girls every year. These girls have either no parents or come from very poor and challenged economic background. This organization was started by T.V. Ramakrishna and Vijaya Ramakrishna. This couple turned their house into an orphanage and devoted the rest of their lives to helping these young girls. Our goal is to raise funds for these girls in order to ensure them an education and teach them vocational skills which will help them become important and independent members of society. We are committed to giving them a fighting chance through education, not someday, but today! We have now raised over $15,000 to support Sahasra Deepika in their endeavour to give these girls a fair and equal chance.

Help India Breathe: We procured over 100 oxygen concentrators and shipped them to medical camps organized by nonprofit organizations in India. The medical system was collapsing during the Covid-19 surge and the common man was not able to receive basic medical care or even a hospital bed. With the help of our supporters our organization was able to help nonprofit organizations run robust medical camps outside of the hospitals and help the common man breathe.
